Pakora's/ with or without beef

Pakora's....

Ingredients:

1 large onion chopped finely.( you can add green onions too)
3 tomatoes chopped finely.
1 small bunch Cilantro chopped.
1 lb ground beef (optional)
3 small green chili's chopped.
2 tbs ground cumin
2 tbs salt (or to taste)
1 cup chick pea flour (or sub. reg flour)
2 tbs ground coriander
4 cups oil to fry in.

Directions:

Mix all above ingredients in a large mixing bowl, you can add water or an egg to make it  wet... doesn't have to be too wet..
when oil is heated, drop batter by a spoon or you can drop small balls by hand into the hot oil. fry until golden brown.
place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
serve with your favorite chutney or dipping sauce.
